The villa can be found in the upper part of Jesús, just 5 minutes away from Talamanca beach and Ibiza town, its location being one of its greatest assets, with its wonderful views and its proximity to the beach and to the capital of the Pitiusas Islands.
Talamanca beach, with its white sand and crystal-clear waters, has a quiet, family ambience. There you will find local restaurants for authentic Mediterranean food, as well as a more elegant option for a dinner with beautiful views and sophisticated cuisine.
Five minutes from the villa you can find the centre of the village of Jesús, where you can enjoy a coffee on one of its sunny terraces or do some gourmet shopping in the local supermarkets and delicatessens.

The villa has outdoor terraces facing different directions with beautiful views, a garden area around the house with swimming pool and barbecue, 4 bedrooms (3 inside the house and 1 summer bedroom near the pool), 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, fibre optic wi-fi, air conditioning, a safe, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer and parking for two vehicles.
Peace, comfort and the view
A spacious and comfortable villa with swimming pool, garden area and barbecue, which has been completely refurbished and has marvellous views of Dalt Vila and the sea.
Sa Cigonya covers more than 200 square metres on a plot of more than 600 square metres, divided over two floors. The villa has a total of four double bedrooms; in the main part of the house there are three double bedrooms, two complete bathrooms and a toilet, complemented by a bedroom and toilet in the part closest to the swimming pool…in the same area, there is an outdoor shower.
There is also a renovated kitchen, a large living room, an outdoor terrace with wonderful views and a solarium next to the swimming pool, all surrounded by a garden area and with an outdoor barbecue, to enjoy the views and the wonderful Ibizan climate.

Can I cancel free of charge?
We offer free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
Do you have to make payments in advance?
A deposit of 30% of the total stay is required to confirm and will be refunded if cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival.

Is a deposit and/or security required?
A deposit of €1.500 will be required on arrival, which can be pre-authorised on a credit card. This deposit will be returned to you upon departure.
Is it possible to bring children?
The villa is ideal to enjoy with children, if you need extra beds or a cot please contact us to arrange it.
Are animals permitted?
Pets are welcome on request, but may require an increase in the security deposit.
When do I check in and out?
Check in time is normally from 16.00 hours onwards, but we can be flexible. Check out time is at 10.00.

Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the property and is free of charge.
How far is it to the centre of Ibiza?
The villa is 3 km from the centre of Ibiza.
How far is it from the beach?
Both the famous Talamanca beach and the secluded S’ Estanyol beach are only 2 km away.
